We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales & Leasing Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting property sales and rentals, generating leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads for sales and leasing opportunities
Market and promote available properties through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.)
Conduct property viewings with clients and provide detailed information about the property and community
Negotiate sales and leasing agreements between landlords, buyers, and tenants
Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for each transaction
Maintain updated knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in UAE market
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation processes
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
RERA certification (advantage)

Working Conditions:
Office-based role with frequent field visits for property showings
Requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends if needed
