We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our construction and engineering team. The role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage on-site activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure
Prepare technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Estimate costs, prepare project budgets, and manage resources efficiently
Resolve design and construction issues promptly
Prepare reports, project documentation, and progress updates for management
Support project managers in scheduling, procurement, and execution of works

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional engineering license/certification (preferred but not always required)
Proven experience in civil engineering, construction, or project management
Strong knowledge of engineering design, construction processes, and safety standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Working Conditions:
Office and on-site project environments
Requires field visits and supervision of construction activities
May involve extended working hours depending on project timelines
