Position Overview

As a Supermarket Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily store activities and staff performance

Ensure shelves are stocked and displays are well-maintained

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards

Train new staff and assist with scheduling

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

✅ Proven experience in retail or supermarket operations (supervisory level preferred)
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
✅ Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
✅ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Basic computer skills (POS, inventory systems)
