🧾 Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a keen focus on efficiency, safety, and accuracy. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits

Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners)

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities

Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and customer service

Implement and improve warehouse procedures and processes

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or inventory

✅ Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification or diploma in logistics or supply chain is a plus)

3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software

Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment

Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Certification in forklift operation or warehouse safety
