We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Officer to manage and oversee the movement of goods in our import/export operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, proper documentation, and compliance with UAE customs and trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods

Manage import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure timely shipments

Track shipments and update management on delivery status and potential delays

Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and logistics costs

Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations
