📍 Location: UAE – Multiple Branches

A reputable company operating across the UAE is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain and logistics operations.

Description:
The Logistics Assistant will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and warehouse operations.
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation.
Track incoming and outgoing goods and update relevant records.
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs and import/export regulations.
Support the Logistics Manager with reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and documentation
requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
