About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and dependable Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a team of staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Supervise and coordinate staff schedules and tasks
✔️ Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked
✔️ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
✔️ Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders
✔️ Enforce store policies, health and safety standards
✔️ Assist with opening and closing procedures
✔️ Train new employees and support staff development

Requirements
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business/Retail Management is a plus)
✅ 2+ years experience in a retail or supermarket setting
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
✅ Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, stock management)
