Position: Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Manage and motivate front- and back-of-house teams.

Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a positive work environment.

Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work with the executive team to meet sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
