We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional results
Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market data and sales reports
Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent client meetings and field visits
May require travel to meet clients or attend industry events
