Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Draft and prepare emails, letters, and internal memos
Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and documentation
Maintain project files, records, and drawing logs
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and office staff
Assist in preparing reports, minutes of meetings, and quotations
Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and control of all site and office documents
