Description


We are looking for a diligent and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations in our warehouse. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that all products are stored and retrieved efficiently and safely. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude toward workplace organization and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of materials and products
Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Organize and maintain warehouse stock areas to ensure cleanliness and order
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified)
Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as needed
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight], e.g., 25–50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Forklift certification (preferred but not required)

Working Conditions:
Physically demanding environment; frequent standing, bending, and lifting
May involve working in varying temperatures (e.g., cold storage or loading docks)
Shift work or weekend hours may be required depending on operational needs
