Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans

Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client base

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Prepare regular sales reports for senior management

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales goals

Qualifications

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
