Description


We are looking for CCTV Operator who will do the following roles
🎥 1. Surveillance Monitoring
Monitor live CCTV camera feeds in real time to detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or emergencies.

Ensure all areas including entrances, exits, hallways, emergency zones, and restricted areas are under constant surveillance.

Regularly review recorded footage when required.

📝 2. Incident Reporting
Document and report any unusual activities, security breaches, or violations of hospital policy.

Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs of all CCTV activities, incidents, or technical issues.

Provide CCTV evidence to management or law enforcement when needed.

⚙️ 3. Equipment Maintenance
Ensure that all CCTV systems and related equipment (cameras, monitors, recorders) are functioning correctly.

Report technical issues promptly to IT or security maintenance teams.

Conduct routine checks and updates of the system.

🚨 4. Emergency Response Support
Alert hospital security or emergency personnel during incidents such as theft, violence, patient escape, or fire.

Assist in coordinating responses by tracking live movement of people in emergency situations.

🧠 5. Data Confidentiality
Maintain strict confidentiality of all video footage and sensitive information.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and national data protection laws (e.g., HIPAA, if applicable).

👥 6. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with hospital security, reception, and emergency services when surveillance reveals any concerns.

Assist in investigations by sharing recorded footage with authorized personnel.

📅 7. Shift Handover
Provide proper handover to the next CCTV operator by updating on ongoing concerns, incidents, and technical issues.

🛑 8. Access Control Support
Assist in monitoring access control systems linked with CCTV to track staff, visitors, and patient movements.
