Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supermarket Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for retail and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support store staff across departments (cashiers, stockers, deli, etc.)

Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and merchandising standards

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Train and motivate team members to meet performance goals

Prepare shift schedules and manage attendance records

Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail supervision or similar role (2+ years preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)

Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is an advantage
