We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, take accurate orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers promptly and politely.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction during their meal.
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
Handle billing and process payments.
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts.
Basic English proficiency; other language skills are a plus.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
