We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Organize and schedule appointments or meetings

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Order office supplies and manage inventory

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

Support other staff members as needed

🎯 Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

High level of discretion and confidentiality

High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
