We are looking for School Cashier who will do the following roles

📋 General Responsibilities:
Handle Daily Cash Transactions:

Collect payments for school fees, uniforms, books, transportation, etc.

Issue official receipts for all payments.

Maintain Accurate Financial Records:

Record all cash transactions in registers or accounting software.

Prepare daily cash reports and summaries.

Manage Petty Cash:

Disburse small amounts for school expenses.

Maintain proper documentation and balance petty cash regularly.

Banking Duties:

Deposit collected cash and cheques into the school’s bank account.

Keep records of bank deposits.

🧾 Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare Financial Reports:

Assist with monthly and annual financial summaries.

Work with the accountant or finance officer for audits and reporting.

Maintain Receipt and Invoice Files:

Organize and store receipts, vouchers, and payment confirmations.

Ensure backup and confidentiality of financial records.

🤝 Student & Parent Interaction:
Respond to Payment Inquiries:

Assist parents with questions about dues, fees, and balances.

Provide clear, polite, and professional communication.

Issue Fee Reminders:

Send out reminders for upcoming or overdue payments.

Coordinate with the administration on non-payment policies.

⚙️ Administrative & Support Tasks:
Support Admissions & Registration:

Collect registration fees and other enrollment-related payments.

Work with the admin team during peak periods.

Inventory Support:

Sometimes help in managing sales of books, uniforms, or school supplies.

Maintain stock and sale records (if applicable).
