Job Vacancy: Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter / Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress
Location: Dubai, Deira
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks to customers according to standards
Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and maintained throughout service
Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
Process payments and issue receipts correctly
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
