Description


We are looking for a School Bus driver who will do the following duties

1. Daily Transportation Duties
Safely operate a school bus along assigned routes and schedules.

Pick up and drop off students at designated stops on time.

Ensure all students board and exit the bus safely.

🧑‍🎓 2. Student Safety and Supervision
Maintain discipline and order among students while on the bus.

Enforce school bus safety rules and procedures.

Assist students with special needs, including securing seat belts or wheelchairs if required.

🛠 3. Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, lights, fuel, etc.).

Report mechanical problems or safety concerns immediately.

Keep the vehicle clean and fueled.

📋 4. Recordkeeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel usage records.

Report any incidents, accidents, or disciplinary issues to school authorities.

Complete required reports for inspections or emergencies.

🕒 5. Time Management and Punctuality
Follow route schedules strictly and notify the supervisor of delays.

Arrive at bus stops and school premises punctually.

📞 6. Communication and Conduct
Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, parents, and school staff.

Remain calm and courteous at all times, even in stressful situations.

🛑 7. Emergency Preparedness
Be trained in emergency evacuation procedures.

Know how to use emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc.).

Act decisively in case of medical emergencies or accidents.
