Job Title: Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is just starting their career and wants to grow in a supportive environment.
Requirement:
• Excellent writing and communication in English
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Experience in Tally Software
• Must be able to join immediately
• Good knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in all kind of Administrative & Operational work.
• Assist Clients on their inquiries.
• Manage accounting assistants and ensure all bill as booked in a timely manner and as per policy.
• Stock management (stock in/out, record-keeping, organizing stock room)

Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 (based on experience)
