Job Description:
We are hiring a qualified and detail-oriented Food Safety Officer to ensure that all food handling, storage, and preparation processes comply with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor food safety and hygiene practices across the production and service areas
Conduct regular inspections and audits of food handling and storage procedures
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and HACCP standards
Train staff on food safety protocols and best practices
Investigate complaints or issues related to food safety

Qualifications:
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
HACCP certification is mandatory
Proven experience as a Food Safety Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations
