Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings

Prepare and draft emails, letters, reports, memos, and other documents

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data is organized and secure

Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct messages appropriately

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Coordinate office supply inventory and order replacements as needed

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
