Pre-Production Planning: Organize all aspects of production, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. Coordinate with directors, writers, and other key personnel.
Production Management: Supervise the filming process, ensuring that the production stays on schedule and adheres to the creative vision. Manage the crew and equipment on set, overseeing logistics and problem-solving any issues that arise.
