Job Vacancy Opening: Call Center Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
✅ Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries.
✅ Process orders, returns, and complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
✅ Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
✅ Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
✅ Meet and exceed call handling targets and quality standards.

Requirements:
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
📌 Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
📞 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
💻 Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
🕒 Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
