Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer service, manage staff, and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
✅ Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
✅ Monitor and manage the restaurant’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
✅ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
✅ Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain customer satisfaction.
✅ Manage and organize staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak times.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers for inventory and stock management.
✅ Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase restaurant sales.

Requirements:
🎓 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
📌 Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role (preferably in the UAE).
💡 Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
