Terms and Conditions:-

Working Hours: Employees are expected to work 8 hours, with an additional mandatory 2 hours per day. These extra hours will be compensated as overtime at a rate of AED 250.
Accommodation and Transportation: Provided by the company.
Visa: The employer will issue an employment entry visa.
Kitchen Facilities: Provided by the employer.
Leave Policy: Annual leave is granted after completing two years of continuous service.
Insurance: The employer will provide adequate health insurance and site accident insurance.
Age Requirement: Candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.
Vacation & Ticket Allowance: After completing two years of service, employees are eligible for a vacation and ticket allowance in line with company policy.
Trade Test Policy:
If a candidate fails the site trade test, the company will provide free training at its training center.
If the employee is still unable to meet the required skill level, they will be reassigned as a helper, with the salary adjusted to the standard helper rate.
Contract Compliance:
The agency must ensure that employees adhere to the contract.
If an employee breaches the contract, the agency will compensate the employer for six months.
If an employee requests visa cancellation before the two-year contract period ends, employee will be liable to pay compensation as per company regulations.
