Description

This position provides the leadership, direction, and resources to effectively manage retail stores, daily departmental operations, and special projects supporting the theme park.

Essential Functions:

Executes strategic plans to optimize store profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness and Guest Service standards.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies to enhance Guest Service and retail store operations.
Support creating a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
Partner with Human Resources Manager to train, develop, and promote all retail teams through individual performance planning.
Assist with performance development, including administering discipline, resolving employee relations issues, and conducting individual and team meetings.
Responsible for developing hourly employees, including training, mentoring, and coaching.
