The Office Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of company staff, clients, and goods. This role includes the maintenance of the assigned vehicle, adherence to traffic laws, and ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. The driver should exhibit professionalism, punctuality, and a high degree of reliability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Transportation:**

– Safely transport employees, clients, and guests to designated locations as required.

– Deliver and pick up official documents, packages, and other materials.

2. **Vehicle Maintenance:**

– Regularly check the vehicle’s oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, and other basic functions to ensure it is in good working condition.

– Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and outside, at all times.

– Schedule regular servicing of the vehicle and report any mechanical issues immediately.
