Description

A Cashier is responsible for processing transactions, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale. This role ensures that customers have a smooth and positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing:

Operate the cash register to process payments by cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
Ensure accurate pricing and scanning of items.
Customer Service:

Greet customers and assist them with inquiries or issues.
Provide information about products, services, or promotions.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Cash Handling:

Count and maintain cash drawer, ensuring it balances at the beginning and end of each shift.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Assist with stocking shelves or restocking items when necessary.
Reporting:

Complete cash register reports and report discrepancies.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies if required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
Asian nationality can apply.
Salary AED2500 to 3000 Apply only if you are inside UAE.
