A Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales goals. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Help customers find products and provide product information.
Address customer concerns and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Sales and Upselling:

Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Track sales performance and achieve individual and team sales goals.
Store Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are properly labeled.
Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies.
Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Inventory and Restocking:

Assist with inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Restock shelves and report any stock shortages to management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
