Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing project drawings/doents ensure timely issuance and distribution with correct revisions to the client as per distribution matrix and company’s project procedure.
• Shall develop and implement processes related to doent control and management.
• Experience and knowledge of EPC process and doentations.
• Good experience with database systems and spreadsheets.
• Manage project doentation in accordance with the agreed project procedure.
• Control issuance of doent numbers, including maintenance of doent registers.
• Monitor and keep track of project doent submission through doent management system

Preferred Education/Experience:.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and able work well under pressure.
• Good doent management skill.
