**Job Description**:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Computer Data Entry Operator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our company’s systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
- Enter and update data into databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Perform regular data backups and system checks.
- Assist in generating reports and performing data analysis as needed.
- Communicate with other departments to obtain and verify necessary data.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in a relevant field is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with data management software and tools.
- Knowledge of basic data analysis techniques.
