*Hiring: Telemarketing Cum Customer Care Representative*

We are looking for a dedicated Telemarketing Cum Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls from national customer service, providing detailed information on service and product packages to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide service and product information.
- Accurately enter customer details into the system.
- Research and resolve service, product, and billing issues.
- Maintain updated records of all customer interactions.
- Produce weekly reports of customer calls.
- Coordinate and follow up with various stakeholders to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
- Open to all nationalities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns.

*Salary:* 2000 to 3000 AED
