Description

The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of an office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and providing support to staff and management to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages.
Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics and catering.
Provide general support to visitors and staff.
Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.

Working Conditions:
Asian nationality can apply.
