A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations in the sales department. Key duties include:

Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales materials.
Order Management: Processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating with other departments such as logistics and inventory.
Communication: Serving as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and resolving issues.
