Description

A Personal Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to an individual, typically an executive or senior manager, to help them manage their daily activities. Key duties include:

Managing Schedules: Organizing and maintaining appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, ensuring the individual’s time is well-managed.
Communication Handling: Screening phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, prioritizing messages, and directing them to the appropriate person.
Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and proofreading letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
