Waiter and Waitress for a Cafe are responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience. Key duties include:

Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests as they enter the cafe, seating them at available tables, and providing menus.
Taking Orders: Listening to customer orders, answering menu questions, and suggesting items when needed.
Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering food, drinks, and desserts to tables in a timely and professional manner.
Customer Interaction: Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction, and addressing any special requests or issues.
Handling Payments: Processing bills, accepting payments (cash or card), and providing change or receipts.
