Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Document Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining records, documents, and reports, both physically and digitally.
Budgeting and Financial Support: Assisting with the preparation of office budgets, managing expenses, and sometimes handling payroll or invoices.
Supervising Office Staff: Coordinating administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed, and providing support to teams as needed.
Office Supplies Management: Ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintaining inventory.
