We are looking for a skilled Office Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to support our construction projects by managing cost, preparing estimates, and ensuring efficient project execution. This role combines technical engineering and cost management responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualification:
* Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Civil)
* Proficient in MS office, Autocad

Requirements:
* Very will Knowledge of Costing & Estimation for Industrial & Low to Medium Rise Buildings
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
* Assist with procurement of materials and services, enduring timely delivery and cos-efficiency.
* Provide technical support and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. * Monitor and control project costs, including assessing variations and change orders.
*Prepare progress and cost reports, conduct site visits, and maintain project documentation.
