Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day activities within the team to ensure smooth operations
Schedule and organize team meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Assist in monitoring project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Act as a point of contact between team members and management
Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain team documentation and ensure files are organized and up to date
Assist in managing team communications and resolving any internal issues
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects
Provide administrative support as needed to the team

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles is a plus but not required
