We desperately require male and female office professionals, as well as secretary/follow-up clerks, who are prepared to work and develop alongside us. The following abilities should be present: - Take and deliver accurate messages - Answer the phone and transfer to the relevant staff member Responding to direct phone calls and emails; updating and maintaining databases, including mailing lists, contact lists, and customer information; and keeping an eye on incoming emails and responding or forwarding them as needed.
