We desperately require male and female office professionals, as well as secretary/follow- up clerks, who are prepared to work and develop alongside us. The following abilities are necessary:

- Answer the phone and give the call to the right employee.

- Take and deliver precise information

- Keep an eye on incoming emails and respond or forward as needed.

- Maintain and update databases with client data, contact lists, and mailing lists.

Taking direct phone calls and responding to emails.
