We are looking for a Fresh Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are detail-oriented and eager to start a career in logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications
Ensure the correct items and quantities are selected, checking for quality and condition
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace
Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively (training provided)
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reports any discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a high school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are a plus
