Position: Retail Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and advice to customers.
Assist with merchandising, stocking, and product displays.
Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle returns.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of shelves.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Promote special sales, offers, and loyalty programs.

Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
