We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, finding appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
* Record and maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Billing, and Technical Support to address customer needs and concerns.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
