We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage a team, ensuring that our operational goals are met consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of employees to meet production and quality standards.
Daily Operations: Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
Performance Monitoring: Track and assess employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to encourage improvement.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively

Salary 3500AED + Visa, Accommodation and Transportation
