-Strong personality to resolve issues
-Monitor Camp Cleaning and Maintenance
-Able to prepare the Weekly Report
-Excellent Leadership Skills: "Performance will be the key measurement approach" on daily basis.
-Good Communication skill in English.
-Has good relationship with employees
