We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to join our Manpower Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with the ability to manage various HR functions independently. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR responsibilities with minimal supervision. Candidates must be on their own visa or visit visa.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
-Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
-Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
-Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for staff.
-Conduct interviews confidently
