Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support.


Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Provide information about products or services
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet and exceed performance targets and goals


High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
