Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company’s operational and budgetary requirements.
Source, negotiate, and procure materials, supplies, and services from vendors and suppliers.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
Evaluate and compare supplier bids, proposals, and quotations to determine the best offers.
Monitor and manage supplier performance, resolving any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Prepare and manage contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation.
Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and provide procurement support.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Procurement Executive or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
